In South Australia, there are 13 Sea Scout Groups.
All of these Groups have a learning and training programme which is the same as all Scout Groups in Australia, but with the emphasis on water based activities such as rowing and sailing.

A history of South Australian Sea Scouting at Outer Harbor  is given in an article by Peter Dermott.
